At Giant Kids World, we ship your collectibles, toys, and gifts with care and speed. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our order processing, flat-rate shipping, international delivery, and return policies.
📦 Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 8:00 AM EST or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping (Flat Rate)
$5.99 flat-rate shipping anywhere in the United States — order as much as you’d like without worrying about rising shipping costs.
USPS
- USPS Ground Advantage: Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery in 2–4 business days.
UPS (Expedited)
- UPS 3-Day Select
- UPS 2nd-Day Air
UPS expedited rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to weather or seasonal volume.
🌍 International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping via UPS DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This service handles your shipment through UPS within the U.S., then transfers it to your local postal service for final delivery.
- Transit Time: Typically 7–14 business days, depending on customs and destination.
- Customs & Duties: Import taxes and fees are not included in shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Tracking updates may appear less frequently once the package leaves the U.S.
Our international service offers reliable delivery at affordable rates, but customs clearance times can vary by country.
🏤 PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and U.S. Territories
- USPS shipping is available to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, and U.S. Territories.
- UPS shipping is not available for PO Boxes or military addresses.
🔍 Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number. You can also track your order or get assistance directly through our Contact Page.
đźš« Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
- Check with neighbors or your local post office.
- Verify that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct.
- Reach out to us via our Contact Page within 7 days of the delivery date.
We’ll assist in locating your shipment or filing a carrier claim if necessary.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with every purchase!
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- To start a return, please visit our Contact Page and include your order number.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or shipped in error.

To ensure your gifts arrive before Christmas, please place U.S. orders by the following dates:
